Reception, porter, security and control services
PROTECTAS reception, concierge, security, and control services are services that concern the safety and protection of a hotel, public building, government agency, clinic, institution, or premises, its employees, and the people within. Visitors and suppliers can also be accommodated.
Services
Our services include friendly reception, entrance security, searching individuals for prohibited items, ensuring security inside a building, security patrols, patrol rounds, guard posts, securing the exterior, operating security equipment, and implementing protective measures. Our personnel can also be armed upon request.
PROTECTAS concierge and security services provide a range of essential protective functions for the safety of employees and people, as well as for the organization of a building or site. Our staff are the first point of contact for visitors and make a significant contribution to service and maintaining order and security within your building and organization.
All services

Visitor management: Our staff welcome visitors, provide information, take registrations and direct them to the appropriate department. They have excellent German and good English skills, a well-groomed appearance, a confident manner, strong communication skills, and are resilient under pressure. We also offer additional qualifications such as first aid, fire safety officer, etc.

Access control: Our security personnel regulate access to the building or premises and ensure that only authorized persons enter.

Security service: In many cases, we are also responsible for the security of a facility, e.g., through ID checks, searches for prohibited items, enforcement of house rules, surveillance using cameras, or carrying out security patrols, standing guards, and taking measures in case of danger.

Armed services: Our employees can also perform armed services.

Patrols: If required, we conduct patrols, maintain technical systems such as fire alarm systems and operate security technology, elevators, etc.

Telephone switchboard: We also act as a telephone switchboard, taking calls and forwarding them.

Mail and delivery acceptance: Our porter services accept mail and deliveries and forward them.

Document and report preparation: Our employees create documents and service reports.
